1. Who we are

The Property Market LLC FZ ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered real estate operating system for the UAE real estate ecosystem from 6th Floor Meydan Grandstand, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you use our website, platform, and related services.

We act as a data controller for the personal data of our visitors, prospects, and account holders, and as a data processor for the customer, tenant, and owner data our clients manage inside the platform.

2. The law this policy follows

We process personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "UAE PDPL"), its executive regulations, and the guidance of the UAE Data Office. Where clients operate in free zones with their own regimes (for example DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020 or the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021), we support their compliance with those frameworks.

3. What we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company, and role, provided when you sign up, request a trial, complete the business assessment, or write to us through the contact form.
• Account and billing data: subscription plan, invoices, and payment references (card details are handled by licensed payment providers and never stored on our servers).
• Platform data: records our clients create in the system, such as leads, listings, tenancy contracts, service requests, and payroll records, processed on the client’s instructions.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and interaction events, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Communications: messages, call recordings, and support tickets where connected channels (email, WhatsApp Business, telephony) are integrated by the client.

4. Why we process it

• To provide, operate, and secure the platform under our contract with you.
• To verify identity and comply with UAE regulatory obligations, including real estate regulation (RERA, Dubai Land Department) and anti-money-laundering screening where applicable.
• To improve the product, including aggregated, de-identified analytics and AI-assisted features.
• To send service notices and, with your consent, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
• To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Legal bases

We rely on: performance of a contract; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing); compliance with a legal obligation under UAE law; and our legitimate interests where they are not overridden by your rights, in each case as permitted by Articles 4 to 6 of the UAE PDPL.

6. Sharing and disclosure

• Sub-processors that host and support the platform, bound by data-processing agreements.
• Google, for the reCAPTCHA check on our contact form: to tell people from automated spam, Google receives your IP address and information about your browser and how you use the check, under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Integrated services you or your organisation choose to connect (for example property portals, government systems such as Dubai REST, Ejari, Trakheesi and Mollak, communication providers, and payment gateways).
• Competent UAE authorities where disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order.
• A successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to this policy.
• We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we do so only to jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection as recognised under Article 22 of the UAE PDPL, or subject to appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or your explicit consent under Article 23.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the life of your subscription plus a run-off period for legal and accounting obligations (typically five years under UAE commercial and tax law), after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

9. Your rights

• Access a copy of your personal data and information about how it is processed.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure where processing is no longer necessary or consent is withdrawn.
• Restrict or object to processing, including for direct marketing.
• Data portability in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe your rights have been infringed.

10. Security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular security testing, consistent with Article 20 of the UAE PDPL and applicable UAE cybersecurity standards.

11. Children

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

12. Changes and contact
